You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

## What can be returned?

Your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Still has original tags
- In its original packaging
- With your receipt or proof of purchase

## Who pays for return shipping?

- **If we made a mistake** (wrong item, damaged, defective): We'll send you a free return label.
- **If you changed your mind** (don't want it anymore, ordered by accident): You pay for return shipping.

## What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no – we're sorry! Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate and make it right.

## What can't be returned?

We cannot accept returns on:
- Food, flowers, or plants
- Custom or personalized items
- Beauty products (personal care)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale items
- Gift cards

## Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for a refund, then place a new order separately.

## EU customers

If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason – no justification needed.

## When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
